Not every visit is a project. Loose switch plates, a smoke detector that needs swapping, exterior light bulbs that never got changed—general maintenance is about knocking out the small list before it grows.
Book a general maintenance visit, walk us through your list (photos help), and we’ll take care of as much of it as safely possible in one go, with clear notes on anything that needs a follow-up.

Questions
Good to know.
What counts as a general maintenance visit?
Anything on the smaller side: swapping bulbs and fixtures, replacing worn switches or outlets, testing detectors, and a general safety look-around. Bigger work gets priced separately.
Can I combine this with other work?
Yes. Many people pair a maintenance visit with a specific repair or install—tell us the list and we’ll plan the visit around it.
Do you offer recurring visits for rentals or businesses?
Yes. We can set a recurring schedule—quarterly or seasonal—so the small items never pile up.
